Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
When will my order be delivered?
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹599. Orders below ₹599 are charged ₹69 for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track it from the Track Order page on our website.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations. A ₹95 COD processing & confirmation fee applies on all COD orders.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Kishori does not offer returns or monetary refunds on delivered orders. We only provide replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, subject to verification.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, issue details, and a clear unboxing video. Our team will review the concern and assist you with the next steps.
Do you offer refunds?
Kishori currently does not offer monetary refunds on delivered orders. Eligible concerns are resolved through replacement only, as per our policy guidelines.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight box or pouch after use to maintain its shine and quality.
Can I wear the jewelry daily?
Yes, but avoiding water, perfume, and chemicals will help your jewelry last longer.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
Most fashion jewelry is not fully waterproof. We recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or workouts.
How should I store resin and handmade jewelry?
Keep resin and handmade pieces away from excessive heat and direct sunlight to preserve their finish.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft dry cloth after use to keep it clean and shiny.

Does every order come gift-ready?
Yes! Every Kishori order ships in our signature gift box with ribbon and tissue paper — ready to gift as-is.
Can I add a handwritten note?
Absolutely. On the product page, check 'Add a handwritten note' and type your message. We'll handwrite it on a Kishori note card.
Can I send directly to the recipient?
Yes — just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We'll ship the gift directly to them, beautifully packed.
