03. PRODUCT INFORMATION ACCURACY

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on kishoriluxe.in are accurate and up to date. However, please note:

- Product colors may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings, photography lighting, or device calibration. These minor variations are inherent to online shopping and do not constitute a defect.
- All jewelry dimensions and weights are approximate.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

04. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on kishoriluxe.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Kishori reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Kishori does not store your payment credentials. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay on their secure, encrypted platform.

In the event of a confirmed payment error or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at hello@kishoriluxe.in and we will resolve the matter promptly.

05. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Placing an order on kishoriluxe.in constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation from Kishori via email or WhatsApp.

Kishori reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

- Orders suspected to be fraudulent or placed in bad faith
- Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping details
- Cases where a product is unexpectedly out of stock after the order is placed

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation requests may be considered if submitted within a few hours of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order ID. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once the order enters fulfilment.

COD ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery orders, Kishori may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch. Repeated refusal or non-availability at delivery may affect your eligibility for COD on future purchases.

06. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kishori ships across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation, subject to availability.

Estimated delivery timelines shared at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Kishori is not liable for failed deliveries or return-to-origin shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

07. REPLACEMENT & NO-RETURN POLICY

Kishori does not accept returns or issue monetary refunds on delivered orders. All concerns are resolved through product replacement only, subject to eligibility.

We offer a one-time replacement for the same product if:

- The product arrived visibly damaged or broken due to transit
- A manufacturing defect is present on an unused item
- The wrong product or variant was delivered

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

The following are not eligible for replacement:

- Products that have been worn, used, altered, or washed
- Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or the customer
- Minor color or finish variations due to screen display or photography lighting
- Claims reported after the 48-hour window
- Claims without a valid unboxing video
- Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect
- Products not purchased directly from kishoriluxe.in or authorized channels

08. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
