At Kishori, every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it reaches your door. We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure your jewelry arrives safely, securely, and as beautifully as it left us.

Please read this policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders — and what to do if something doesn't go as expected.

01. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Please note:

- Processing time does not include the day the order is placed.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing time may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times and assure you that your order is being handled with the same attention to detail.

02. SHIPPING TIMELINES

We ship to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote or semi-urban areas: 4–6 business days

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

03. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can use these details to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier partner's tracking portal.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 business hours of your order confirmation, please reach out to us and we will look into it immediately.

04. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) ORDERS

Cash on Delivery is available at select pin codes across India. For COD orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the order before dispatch. This helps us ensure a smooth delivery experience for you.

Please note:

- COD orders that are unconfirmed or unresponsive may experience a delay in dispatch.
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries or non-availability at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for COD on future purchases.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) collected at delivery are fees charged by our logistics partner and are non-refundable.

A ₹95 COD processing & confirmation fee may apply on eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

05. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, certain situations are beyond our control. Kishori is not liable for delays caused by:

- Courier operations or logistical disruptions
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays or regional closures
- High-volume periods such as festive seasons or sale events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us. We will coordinate with our courier partner on your behalf and keep you informed.

06. INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are requested to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout — including name, address, city, PIN code, and contact number — is accurate and complete.

Kishori is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or return-to-origin shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

If you realize you have entered incorrect details immediately after placing your order, please contact us without delay via WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to update the information before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfilment.

07. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Delivery attempts are handled as per the courier partner’s operational policies and service availability. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be held at the courier facility for a brief period before being returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

08. LOST OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

In the rare event that your order appears lost in transit or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us at hello@kishoriluxe.in with your order ID and tracking number.

We will raise a formal inquiry with our courier partner and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring every Kishori order reaches its destination.
